Cthonic Cultist - Yep! It's a pretty boring city, with no windows. They'll have to change that. Have you ever noticed how at night you never look higher than the streetlights? Imagine not ever looking higher than that your whole life, and then suddenly there's the SKY up there! Maybe you'd be impressed, or scared, or in the least feel very small and vulnerable to nature.
