Thanks guys, I didn't know so many people would be back!!!
Thank you so much..

I want to get a couple things straight - I didn't take a 3 month break because I was going through hard times.. I've been having great times!! I guess I should explain a little then.
First, when I got back from my vacation, my scanner started dying. It was pretty much dead a week later.
Then my computer screen decided to die on me.. It turned yellow and would flicker every time I pushed a button. I somehow managed to finish Artslam under those conditions…

Also, my tablet died. I bought a new one (new= a used one with a malfunctioning pen!), but it took me a bit to get the right drivers and the pen working..

Then I got sick for a month. (Endomeitriosis anyone?)
Seriously, I have felt pain I didn't know a psyche was capable of tolerating, and I survived it.

Then because I haven't owned a desk for the last 3.5 years, my knees started going bad. I didn't have the money to buy furniture or a new scanner for another month. It took a bit to save up, especially with the hospital bills and such.

All through these annoying problems, however, I found the man of my dreams and have spent every day, sick or not, being amazingly happy and rethinking my place in this world. In fact I'd say this summer has been the best thing that happened to me. Not having a desk or being bedridden means absolutely nothing when someone's laying next to you holding your hand, seriously.

Now I have a new desk, a new scanner, a new computer, a new tablet, (absolutely no money!!), and I'm ready to go back to the comic world. It's SO comfortable sitting at a desk.. Like you guys have no idea how important furniture is and how great it feels to finally own some!!

Also one month of that break was spent doing digital art every day. I now have much higher standards for myself! I hope to make this comic even better!!

DAJB - Thanks!! Yeah, it wasn't that bad at all! I think being happy is not based on how many bad versus good things happen to you, it's all about your outlook on it all.

EJB - Thank you!!! Hey I was stuck for a day in Florida in July, I was killing myself for not asking for your phone number!! We could have met up.. Oh well.

alej - I am doing excellent! Every day I wake up and see either my new desk, which fills me with pride and inspiration, or I see the blue sky, which fills me with creativity, or I see my boy's face, which makes me want to explode with happiness. Yeah nothing can get me down! Thanks for coming back!!! I'm so happy that people actually care what happens to my characters!
