Another Halloween tale begins, with a grave robbery…

Behind the Secret Door:

I'm a day late, here. Took a little doing to get organized…just bought my new scanner. Seems to be working okay.

The way I'm doing this little tale is drawing TONS of pictures of the characters, basically doing what I need them to do, and then editing them all together later. Not the most efficient way to do a comic…but man, it's fun. I've been drawing Abigail as the Doctor and Oscar as the grotesque for days and it's been GREAT!

A word about Frankenstein….I watched it (and "Bride of Frankenstein) this week to prepare myself. Good Lord are those fantastic movies. Especially the first one; it's just a phenomenal picture (celebrating its 80th birthday this year, actually! Unreal!)

I loved the book, too, though it's been some years. But the film is just a blast. Well, for a movie nerd like me, anyway.
