Back! Finally BACK!

Special thanks to ozoneocean. This issue has been tough to get off the ground, both in deciding which story to tell and how to tell it, and in doing the actual pages and making certain decisions about it. Many false starts!

Chatting with ozone about it didn't give me a specific idea, but I suddenly knew what to do with this issue.

As always, this fascinating "process" I just described is no guarantee of quality!!
