If you go over to my Graphic Smash site, you'll see a reference to a ship that was registered out of Alaska, which is part of the Aboriginal Federation. Alaska has become somewhat notorious as a "flag of convenience" for ships that wouldn't pass muster elsewhere.

CZ: I'm still working on the other parts of the globe. Post-apocalyptic geopolitics is an iffy matter.
