E1P36: To the School!

Ok, so here’s the deal with Xtarmi, he was once active but deactivated 40 years ago… deactivation tends to reset the personality to its default settings, but saves its previous deactivation date and sometimes some bits of data might remain. Because its USB is rare, when it was deactivated it was placed in an exhibit at the museum one town over (Mid-tech city). Here it remained for 39 years, until it was nicked (British slang for stolen) By the USB Phantom… who, by the way, is NOT a villain… he just has very unorthodox ways… I’ve written a proper explanation into the second issue, but we got to get this one done first… anyway, he was then chased by the police to the docks… you know the rest (and if you don’t, read back a bit… quite a bit…)


USB:
A new thing I’m trying, hope you like it. Set in the year 2100 where the latest trend is arterially intelligent USB memory sticks. These can be used to help around the house, solve problems or even face off against each-other in (usually friendly) challenges. Our story follows the adventure of 16 year old Josh young; a teenager from edge-tech city, in the southwest of the UK (built in 2050, about 10 miles from Bristol).

All criticism and tips are welcome (as long as its constructive and not mean… you know the sort’ a thing I’m on about, the “oh you and your comic is shit, go to hell and die” sort of rubbish people put… so if you’re too much of a retarded arse-hole to be polite id appreciate it if you didn’t read my comic in the first place and just go away, maybe find a video of some bloke setting himself on fire or something… anyway…)

Before you read the comic please read this note from the author:
I’m not a spriter and I don’t consider myself good in any way…. I’m a media student and spriting isn’t really my thing, I usually tend to record any script ideas (available on YouTube, search ozzy1181… oh how shameful is that… I’m advertising…)… unfortunately my camera is out of action and I’m waiting for a new one, so I started making it a comic instead… unfortunately I’m not that good at drawing (unless I took my time, which would mean every page would have been about a month to make, and to be honest I would have lost inspiration and interest) so I make each page quickly on MS paint (which as we all know is pretty crap anyways) that way we can get through the story and don’t have to wait five years before getting past the pilot issue. All criticism and tips are welcome, but please keep in mind that I try to focus on the story rather than the quality of the pictures… even if a few plot holes slip in… so, to simplify, if I had it my way… and had any budget what so ever… USB would have been filmed, but life’s a bitch, so… anyway, sorry to bore you with all that, just thought I’d get it off my mind… bloody hell, when I go off on one I really type a lot… [ if only I had this much enthusiasm for my college work]… but don’t worry, like my old (shorter) message, this will be displayed on every page from now on, so if you’ve read it once you needn’t bother again… enjoy – OZZY
