Ok, so here's another half finished comic. I can't work on it any more today. My eyes sting from not enough sleep and I have a splitting headache. This schedule combined with writing the equivalent of three 1000 word essays a week (handouts for my students) is killing me. Will finish it hopefully tomorrow after some sleep. So check back soonish.

EDIT: Ok, so it's finished now. Keen readers will spot references to our past. I thought it'd be cool to start the movie in a similar style as the first ever Ultimate X comic. (Don't look! It's pretty bad!)

A friend of mine once asked me, "Why don't you make yourself look better in your comic?" Well, the reason is because, contrary to popular belief, I'm not actually that awesome. So anyway, the movie, written by Comic Mike, is his/my way of looking awesome after years of not.

Fosters is actually a terrible, terrible beer. Or so I'm told. It's the crap that us Aussies won't drink so we export it to the rest of the world. That panel is also a reference to product placement in films.

New Zealanders don't actually talk like that. And I'm sure Missy Peregrym is too talented to butcher an accent like that. It just seems to happen a lot in Hollywood films. And NZ accents are hard to get right anyway.
