Happy New Year. D:
That image shows two Jesters performing on the streets of the very Kingdom Piera lives in. These Jesters are Joid and Grandemonium. They are both Ultranimu's who use their powers to entertain other animal/something folk. Those in the background lack powers and are referred to as Anormal or Anormu.{Get it? Animal/Animu + normal = Anormal :D while Ultra + Animal/Animu = Ultranimal/Ultranimu.}
Joid possesses super strength, is highly nimble, and uses a pair of boxing gloves in black and white. While Grandemonium uses psychic power to create illusions {wether the illusions are created in the form of mirages via light refraction using telekinesis or if she attacks the mind of the opponents to cause them to hallucinate will be seen in the story due to it being a spoiler to how a duel goes later on.}
