When she was glowing 2 pages ago, she was preparing a ribbon technique that involves making a ribbon charged with a mirage technique. She then cloaks herself while the mirage her distracts the opponent with light. She managed to sneak behind the enemy to charge a powerful energy attack. Because she spent a minute or two charging it, it was strong enough to make a big explosion, although the enemy she's facing is extremely powerful, she was too easy going when attacking Piera, due to Piera's base attacks having almost no affect on her.
I wrote an 82,000+ manuscript that Ultranimu is the spiritual successor of. The character that Piera is the spiritual successor of has ribbon techniques that she can charge techniques to. She mostly used it for offensive purposes though.
