Vitamin Water

Man… I hate vitamin water. It really is just juice and they call it water, because people think "Oh hey, it's just water and there's vitamins added." If it has juice flavoring, it's juice. You don't really need The vitamins in the juice anyways and most of the vitamins aren't even water soluble, so your body doesn't absorb them unless you drink the vitamins with a meal. That's why you have to take a muti-vitamin with a meal because most vitamins are fat soluble and can only be absorbed by the body through digestion. …So vitamin water is basically kool-aid though we live in a consumer culture so it's all good.
