My top five reasons why clipping your nails in the shower or bathtub is far preferable to clipping them anywhere else:

1. Warm water softens your nails for easier clipping.
2. Softer nails generally do not go flying.
3. Already in the bathroom, easy disposal.
4. Most bathrooms generally have good lighting.
5. Doing anything in warm water is just more comfortable.
