I ended up shooting this whole fight scene backwards. Since I photographed the parts with the skeletons first, I had to match the skeletons with the pirates for panel 5. I then had to play the whole fight in reverse to make sure everything was consistent. It was pretty difficult to get everything lined up, especially since I use my phone to take the pictures, but I think it turned out great.

Most of the swords sticking out of the pirates in panel 4 are composited in from panel 6. Also, I had to shoot panel 2 twice; once with the pirate captain and no sword, and once with the sword stabbing nothing. The STAB sound effect helps cover up the awkward composite there.
