This is a new personal record for the most complicated speech bubbles in a comic, with a total of 37 shapes. My ancient version of Photoshop doesn’t do curved lines, so the speech bubble connectors were made using one of the custom shape tool’s crescent moons, the excess of which I then erased. This illustrates the great lengths to which I will go to avoid paying for Adobe’s overpriced subscriptions.
