Chapter C5: A Rigged Game | Part 17

This sort of panel layout where there are normal panels on the left and a tall panel on the right always bothers me because I'm never sure whether to read right or down after the first panel. Normally, I'll get rid of these in the script phase, but this one slipped by me. Oh well, at least it looks sort of cool.
