The last page in this chapter. Yay! Plot exposition. (The first of several flashbacks to that fateful night; it did have an impact after all.) I liked drawing child Seiko. She turned out pretty good. I'm also happy with my shadow figures. Starting with this page, I was getting more comfortable with human form. It's important to be able to draw people doing things rather than just talking. Gael suggested Dune for this flashback. I want to start putting book titles and author references into my comic fairly regularly, to play into the title a bit.
