I decided to reupload this page with new dialogue. Thanks for the comments/help. I didn't like the old version either but was too lazy/unmotivated to change it. (Doesn't affect the story any, but I decided to reupload so you know it changed and aren't confused by the comments.)

BTW, Kaida is just cynical about all law enforcement. They aren't really that bad.
