(The "DING-ding" on yesterday's page was the door opening… Sometimes you have to keep alert for that plot device.) Did I mention the chapter title has multiple meanings? ;-) My good titles usually do.

Seiko is playing detective again. This time with neither Yuki nor Kaida. Maybe they were just holding her back anyway. She is, after all, the genius. At least it can get her mind off her parents – and off Kaida's basement/collection (a good thing…). Feather is loosely based on my real cat (a fluffy little airhead) April.
