This man, you've seen him before, is Seiko's adopted father. Of course, the girl was in college at the time, but he is still regarded as family. His conspiracy theory attitude is chillingly accurate. Kaida cannot possibly feel comfortable around him. (Yet another stumbling block for the ladies' friendships.)

I actually did something unlike me and signed up for a DeviantART account yesterday. I had intended to just share my additional sketches from Used Books (if you want a peek at some characters not yet introduced…), but I ended up also posting the first parts of my story Strange Creatures. I have a few more parts to upload, and am suddenly inspired to continue the tale. (Since I do label myself a "writer," I suppose I should show you what I have written and not attempted to put into pictures…)
