Leave it to Seiko to get gifts and go out to dinner with a man on Valentine's Day and not consider it a date. lol Also, she continues turning down rich, eligible, and interested. Poor Eric. Although, at the same time, Seiko is contributing to Dave's cause.

For the look of this page, first, I really like how Seiko looks in panel 3. (I made up for it with the ugliness of the bottom left panel. :-P ) Eric looks like a dork (sort of a grown up Dennis the Menace), but money and a winning personality should compensate for that.

Peipei: Mike is living proof that good help is hard to find. lol

n_y_japlander: And the lies come so naturally to her… Her honesty is patchwork at best. She did act all holier-than-thou when Dave asked for help with his fake girlfriend scheme.
