Nice neighbors help you out when in a bind – no questions asked. This works out for Mike too, since he was just about to enter their apartment building. This is certainly a "last resort" situation. Tristan's not exactly a cat (contrary to popular belief ;)).

LanceDanger: lol I guess you brought a little luck back with you. And yes, Fudo was having quite a bit of fun, like a cat with a mouse.

n_y_japlander: He *sorta* got out alone, but the help is appreciated…

Masq: Poor guy didn't land a single blow. :-/ But someone really does need to deck Fudo.

Peipei: He is pretty stubborn when it comes to survival. ;-)

Locoma: I couldn't cater to readers if I wanted to (generous buffer). ;-) I really like Misaki (Seiko's mom), so now and then I succumb to the urge to draw her in flashbacks or dream sequences. (She has been dead for a long time.)

Tantz: Tristan is pretty cool and so often underestimated. That's his greatest asset. Keeps him out of jail and *usually* left alone.
