Back to Fudo's performance. ;-) I saw a target with spring-loaded knife thingies on a TV show once. I think it was an old B&W sitcom. I don't remember which one, but that's my inspiration for Kaida's deduction. There wasn't any fire on that show.

LanceDanger: I'm glad you noticed her. ^_^ I've been playing around with the "extras" for this chapter.

Peipei: I love the close-up magicians (cards and stuff). So cool. Even if I know the trick, I love the performance.

ShinGen: Maybe a little. In this case, I was using it as a segway between scenes. (Kaida's time to point out fraud.)

n_y_japlander: So true. Toyo is really good at it too. :D

Meg Overhill: Glad you like it. The curled mustache works only on cartoony villains and magicians (the latter in this case).
