Applying the "darkness" was an afterthought. It is daytime, but I figure it's pretty dark in a windowless abandoned building, especially on a rainy day. If nothing else, it sets a mood. I hope my drawing isn't too, um, "rough" and the dialogue too subtle to tell that this is the building from the previous incident, when Mike had a "lapse of judgment" and Kaida was stabbed. (That's Kaida's blood stain on the floor.)

n_y_japlander: A nice way of saying "No comment" or "Mind your own business." ;-)

LanceDanger: It's been raining a lot where I live too. Some days are warm and rainy and others are cold and icy.

Tantz: Though Tristan probably knows what he's referring to, Brad's frankness (and what triggered it) is definitely intriguing.

Peipei: Possibly. In any case, it is an awkward question to be asked.
