I decided to leave the background in its original sketchy/undefined state rather than going the outlines with vectors (which is what I usually do). I thought that it would work best with the undefined figures I drew. Sadly, I can't do "cameos" in crowds since most of the comics I was reading when I drew this page no longer update, their creators gone awol. (Faceless figures give it a more "flashback" feeling anyway.)

Fudo made a cameo over in Cricket's Creatures yesterday, and he's grabbed some spotlight at Off Hours, so make sure to check those out. ;-)

We got our gas turned back on! (Not before I could cause myself injury, but that's life. :-/ )

trevor: Yeah, I did sorta literally cook my head. :-/ It was really bad a couple days ago, but is healing now.

amanda: I'm afraid the sad is coming, but keep in mind that the next chapter has less sad (and more Tristan). – At least my job requires a hair net, so no one has to see it all weird and matted.
