Antiques are one of Kaida's hobbies. This comes up in the story from time to time, though it is subtle. Since her dad was an anthropologist/archaeologist, she grew up surrounded by old, exotic things.

I screwed up anatomy/proportions on this page – too much to fix in the digital "clean-up" steps. Chock it up to the learning process.

n_y_japlander: Actually that was Celes getting a reading – not Yuki. Celes has a criminal past, and arrest is a very real fear for her.

blntmaker: I'm glad you like it. This is one of my favorite chapters. And I haven't gotten to the *good part* yet.

ghostrunner: You're welcome. :-)

Tantz: Seiko fears letting people get too close, lest they get hurt. (Although her feelings are pretty obvious, at least to Kaida.)

patrick: Just part of her theatrics. ^_~

Peipei: As far as Kaida's friends are concerned, there is mostly bad news. Hyacinth might not scare *everyone* (although that can be fun XD).

amanda: I had fun with her long fingernails. ^_^ Hands are troublesome things to draw. Celes already had frayed nerves, but she just had to be curious and/or let Kaida talk her into it. :-P

LanceDanger: I'd totally invite her to my birthday! Lol. Creepy is fun.

JustNoPoint: Eh. I think I'd be okay. I have a nice, mundane life. It'd just put Hyacinth to sleep. – And (Re: page 519) separating would be okay for *normal* people at a fair. You can't be so sure about Yuki … or Kaida.

Locoma: Nice to see you've caught up – just in time for Kaida's scene. ^_~ These people have to be a pain for a fortune teller. Bad vibes follow them around.
