One thing about Kaida that is only mentioned and hinted at from time to time is that she has no lack of funds. (As tough as things were, her previous career was lucrative.) I like drawing Seiko's "angry" face. We don't get to see it that often, but Seiko does have a tendency to suspicion, anger, and just attitude. (My friend Gael finds angry Seiko about as intimidating as a hissing kitten, though. :-P )

patrick, Peipei, & Jess: Unfortunately, Celes is in a vulnerable state and eager to accept an offer like that.

Tantz: Good question. Maybe Raidon is just a charitable guy. XD

amanda: Celes has always been a pile of frayed nerves. She's so scared of prison that she'll accept any offer. (And Raidon has a way of talking people into things.)

trevor: I haven't seen it in over ten years myself. (Ah, childhood.)

JustNoPoint: Lol. Seiko distrusts Raidon because he lied about the gunshot during the kidnapping episode. And because he's quick to present an alibi for the current situation. (It's a matter of conniving vs. outright violence, which is somehow more respectable.)
