I've never drawn a knife at this angle before. (Kinda surprising that I haven't. :-P) The last panel was a tricky angle for me, so I had to use a photo of myself for a reference. Our kitchen knives got a lot of use as reference props.

I went photo crazy yesterday, snapped some pictures of my house, cats, and all my rats. Some of them turned out rather nicely. I put them in an album if you want to look at them. – Oh, and I think my interview went well. Actually, the rats really seemed to give me leverage since the position I applied for is mostly about small animal care (feeding, cleaning, etc.).

If you have not yet done so, remember to vote for the Drunk Duck Awards. (Lots of fun award categories this year!)

argonsassistant: You doubt her thespian abilities? XD

blntmaker: I haven't been in college for over a year. My last gig was a slow painful death working in a deli. :-P But not to worry, I'm still just trying to find my place in the world.

Peipei: Unlike actresses, Yuki has seen a few bodies and gone head-to-head with crime bosses. She is more skilled than Seiko (or anyone else) gives her credit for.

amanda: Well, you could always ask a guest or two to help out with the script if someone dropped out, but that could spoil their fun.

n_y_japlander: Thanks. Actually, Dave didn't suggest it for that page or anything. He just approves any time I try unusual layouts.

dueeast: Colonel Sanders? Surely he's too "chicken" to be a murderer. (Stop groaning! You set that up!)

BetaJess: We need a ketchup transfusion! Stat!

trevor: Dear me! I should hope not! (Actually, my original idea was to write a murder mystery series, but I didn't have the nerve.)

Tantz: That's the most hardcore form of "method acting." XD

ghostrunner: Or Mrs. Peacock in the study with the top hat – er, I think I got my game pieces mixed up…
