As much as I hate drawing people from behind, I think I am getting better at it with practice. Kaida's last line relates to Seiko's chosen fighting style. ;-) I actually hadn't noticed it until my friend Gael pointed it out, but Seiko does opt to defend herself like a grade schooler. (And she has a good arm. She's beamed Fudo a couple of times.)

I finished the back cover for volume 6. I had a lot of fun with it. (Mostly, it was a big digital experiment. ^_^ )

DAJB: If you read enough magazines, you'll learn that all foods are bad for you. ;-) I don't know how dangerous leaves in hot water can be, though. When I was a kid, I ate leaves.

Tantz: Pretty much. XD I don't drink coffee or tea, but I hear some kinds can help you sleep, which is why Tristan recommends it.

Peipei: She isn't really angry. She just wants to make sure not to let him have any "control." (Give an inch, and he'll take a mile…)

amanda: I like old-fashioned chivalry things, but I could never let a man order for me. I'm too picky. Heck, my parents couldn't even "get it right." That, and I imagine it's pretty awkward to be acting like that – especially if it was in a Denny's or something.

patrickdevine: Me either, but they aren't looking for a meal, just a place to sit. I used to meet friends at a coffee shop on campus. Most of the people in there were just hanging out and didn't order anything.

Warpedwenger: No, I couldn't write that neatly (it's Steel City Comic font). ^_^; I write all the dialogue on my original sketches, but I replace it digitally after scanning. (It helps me get the speech bubbles shaped and placed correctly.)
