In my original vision for this scene, I planned the serene landscape followed by showing "panic" underwater (trying to pull at tight knots, etc.) – but that was before I introduced the drugging into the plotline. On this page, I didn't add any digital lines to the water, but I did use them to touch up all the "solid" things (bridge, people, rope, etc.)

Tantz: Heh. Puns. XD Time constraints mean I can't drag this thing out much longer. Pity.

DAJB: Everything is more fun with a friend!

Peipei: Seiko has a real knack for getting into bad situations. :-/

amanda: Cold, dark, wet, and unable to breathe. What's not to love?

patrickdevine: The other half of the title is from a future *fun* page. ;-) Seiko isn't too bad at thinking, but the "action" part is a bit difficult.

dueeast: Seiko hasn't seen him since they were walking together, so she can't be sure if he's "okay" or not. We'll find out soon, though.

patoborracho: True, the refraction caused by water (especially cloudy river water) renders glasses fairly useless.

Aghammer: Thanks. I'm glad I was able to pull off the underwater thing.

Warpedwenger: Seiko has a very active mind and a decent vocabulary. The fact that she was at loss for words shows the direness.
