Coloring these pages makes me consider things I didn't when drawing them originally. I was going to make Brad's cell phone red, but I thought orange was a little more playful (and easy to find if he drops it – but not so easy to fix). Originally the "rampaging car" wasn't meant to be any specific color. I left it unshaded to differentiate it from the other car. When I colored it, I made it white because it was a white truck that ran us off the road once causing a serious accident. (And, I just find white to be a sinister color in general. White suits, white cars – it's just too clean and sterile.)

The sound effect wasn't part of the original drawing, but it definitely adds to it and makes the action more apparent.

One final thing, I made a quiz to test knowledge and comprehension of this story. You can GO TAKE IT if you think you're up to it. You should only take it if you've read most or all of the pages. Otherwise, you won't do well (and it might cause "spoilers" if you ever decide to go back and read the archive later).

amanda: Brad is wily, but he's not foolish enough to come between the lady and her bike. XD

patrickdevine: Not only lilac-colored, it has her name painted on it with very large letters. That's why Brad is so amused. ~_^ You might be right about buses, not that they would be particularly safe either. It suddenly dawned on me that I haven't drawn any buses in this story… Maybe they are safe, after all.

ghostrunner: Usually she is, but everyone is entitled to a prize possession.

Peipei: The orderly wasn't suspicious. Someone just gave him the wrong paperwork. Besides, he's been working… in the hospital. He couldn't be out stealing things.

patoborracho: I'm sure CSI will be here soon. ;-) Though the bike is recognizable on sight and Yuki is the darling of the police department.

dueeast: Thanks. Things will get more interesting. Slowly, but it's building up to something.
