I couldn't get the lighting right on this page. :-/ Try as I might, Celes wouldn't stop glowing so I gave up. I guess she's just a radiant (or radioactive) person.

I was fairly stunned this weekend to find out that Used Books was reveiwed by long time DD comic artist and reader Peipei. I've never been reviewed before.

Warpedwenger: Once is enough for most books. My memory is too good to enjoy reading them again. – Expect for murder mysteries, because there's an entirely different story once you know who the killer is.

Tantz: As JNP said, it is an internal conflict for her, not really about respect. She has been keeping many secrets and trying to distance herself from Tristan lately. (She hinted at some of her motives to Alex.)

Jonko: Yep, it's a bit of a Seiko arc. ^_^ We'll be switching some between groups (as usual).

Peipei: She's just too academic to register fear. Everything is a puzzle or challenge in her mind.

DAJB: Due to the dismal economy, the superheroes had to get minimum wage jobs. On the plus side, McDonalds' drive-thrus are faster than ever!

JustNoPoint: She is in a strange situation in so many ways. Her friends are mortal enemies of each other, and Kaida has practically abandoned the store and taken up with "friends" that wanted Seiko dead. -_-

amanda: There there, dear. The pages tell a story. They don't require discussion. (It's a bonus.)

trevor: That's what I've heard. ~_^ I'm still waiting for Mr. Right.

roycemarie: True. Jiro is an essential member of the team.

blntmaker: You're right in general. Seiko is typically a "think before acting" person, but she has been known to make hasty and unwise decisions – particularly by attempting to do things by herself and trusting people that ought not to be trusted.
