Today is the birthdays of my sister and my cousin. So, happy birthday to both of you! (Sis might be reading. Cousin probably isn't. ;-) ) I love my big sis. She's in Australia, and I miss her. She was in Japan last summer. I hope I can spend her birthday with her next year.

In panel 3, I had a hard time deciding on Raidon's expression. Originally, I drew him smiling. I wanted him to be pleasant, but he's also being concerned (or appearing to be so). I also did my best to choose a cheery color scheme for everything. It's a lovely day. (Props to my brother for helping me design the fountain/statue.)

Warped: I never know whom I talk to about what. :-P Actually, Mike would have trouble shooting with either hand, since both are injured. (His dominant one is in a cast, though.)

blntmaker: That's interesting. I got her name from a Final Fantasy game.

DAJB: I'm not sure any of those three could intimidate me (especially if I was a thug), regardless of their weaponry.

amanda: I would hurt myself with pointy sticks. :-P My friend Gael has a bit of a collection like that. She has daggers, a crossbow, and a gun (I think; she was trying to get it after the burglary).

JNP: Curses! You've figured it out. Yes, Jiro owns the weapons. The store is a cover for his blackmarket arms dealing, and he secret compartments in the books conceal catnip. The humans are all his pawns. In fact, *he* was the head of the syndicate. And Yuki never suspected…
