One of the first locale's to get a name was Susie's Cafe. I came up with the name for that scene and then simply reused it wherever possible. Something of a dive, it became Mike's place of employment and the setting of nearly every social dining scene. Later in the story, I needed a fancier establishment, and I created this restaurant. It was nameless – until last Thursday's page. With it's new name, it also got a palette make-over to be more "twilighty." (Btw, very few places in this story have names. The city itself remains nameless.)

Oh, and for those who don't recall the recent events, that object beside Brad is a crutch.

If you haven't submitted a ballot for the DD Awards make sure you do. Also, more volunteers are needed for judging panels.

ghostrunner: Growth is good. We never reach perfection.

Peipei: Thanks. :-)

blntmaker: No deep meaning intended on the last panel. It's just a pause before getting into the heart of the parallel plots, Yuki on her mission and Seiko on hers. (Now, I could tease and say it's significant because it's the last time she sees any of them alive… but I won't. XD )

Tantz: True.

JustNoPoint: You'd think she'd be more concerned about Seiko's plans, but Yuki tends to wear blinders when on a personal mission. :-P She and Kaida (and Raidon) are overdue for a good talk, though.

Jiro sees you too. He's always watching…

amanda: Thanks. I have fun drawing Mike's truck. Interestingly, it's the only vehicle in the story that I have always drawn completely from my imagination with no references.

trevor: Well, we did get some snow. Usually at least one good one (2+ feet) each year. I miss it. Our summers were too hot for me, though. I prefer New England in the summertime.

DAJB: Yay!
