This is the same kind of landscape picture I've been drawing since I could hold a crayon. Hills line practically all horizons in my art because I grew up in WV, and the skyline looks empty without them. (However, WV hills are completely covered in either forests or strip-mining equipment, not grassy like these.)

Nicotine: I usually am partial to road trips, but it would be 18 hours for me. I'm not too apprehensive about flying since my sis has traveled to Japan and Australia a couple times.

roycemarie: That was awarded by popular vote. I think it relates to following and commenting on other people's comics – maybe fan art and other "supportive" things too.

Karm2865: Raidon has a long history of lies, but none of them are saints.

LanceDanger: True, and they ruin it for us amateurs.

trevor: Incorrect. I LOVED working there, but it was a summer job, so it was never meant to last. I'm currently applying to jobs just like it (either seasonal or full time) in the National Park Service. – The dog came back Friday, btw. She was gone for 10 days.

dueeast: It's really exciting for me, because I've never rented a hotel room or gotten plane tickets or anything before. I feel so grown up. Lol.– I'm glad you like this scene. I have a lot of fun working with "young Fudo."

amanda: Bastard is one of the highest paying jobs! Especially if you have a PhD in it like Raidon. (That's "*Dr.* Bastard" to you!)

JNP: Just two nights. I can't afford any longer in the hotel. ^_^; If we all get along, I might have to visit again (or drag you out east to visit me).
