I have no page-specific notes, but I do have UB news. I've started drawing again! After four months of not drawing a single page, I finally forced myself to put pencil to paper. I currently have enough scanned pages to take UB through to the end of the year, but time passes much quicker than I realize. I have script written up to around page 900 (through the end of this story arc and several chapters beyond), so I really should get started drawing.

Anubis: At the moment, it was his word against Raidon, and he had a better track record, so Kaida is awarding him benefit of the doubt.

Peipei: Alas, in the ten years past, it has fallen apart. Now Kaida doesn't mind being an accessory to his murder. -_-

Karm2865: That would be standard operating procedure ~_^, but it is possible that Raidon's "orders" were not from the syndicate but his personal vendetta.

amanda: Nope. He won't be happy at all. Probably throw a little tantrum.

Tantz: Keep in mind that Raidon's malice towards Fudo was on a personal, not a professional, level. Kaida might have known this, which is why she could shrug aside this "job." (Fudo does grasp his mortal predicament, evidenced by his earlier suicide attempt.) – Besides, they are both deliberately ignoring the grim issues of reality so they can enjoy this brief reunion.

roycemarie: Maybe so. They used to be married, after all.

DAJB: Seems like it, but the smile should belie that she knows Raidon's game and is calling him on it. ~_^

trevor: She had an orange collar on when she came home, so I guess someone had her tied up somewhere. – I was a little sad, but I could get along without the dog. I can't imagine life without my cat, though. I've had her for 15 years.

JustNoPoint: There was a witness, but Raidon wasn't there personally. Why would he have sent a photographer if he was going to witness – and why would he be present at a possible crime scene? He might have trusted her to shoot him on sight. He's a conceited guy, and Kaida nearly did it.

Besides, that photograph was undeveloped on half-spent film. Raidon never saw it. Raidon doesn't even know this photo exists. (Otherwise, it would have been destroyed, as Kaida's album was.) Only Ricky, Tristan, and the girls have seen it.
