Sorry about the "off" proportions here. Meredith is not supposed to be a giant (in relation to the stool) with short arms. ^_^; I didn't notice until after I colored everything. I must thank JNP for helping me with the speech bubble in panel 3. It was a tiny thing, but definitely a stumbling block.

A small bonus sketch can be found in my Character Bios (and extras) section. I've been trying to squeeze in drawing practice lately both to keep me motivated and get me prepared for some of the more challenging scenes I've scripted. I have set a personal goal to have up to page 800 drawn (but not uploaded, mind you) before the Dallas expo.

dueeast: Thanks. As I hone my drawing abilities, I've focused on body types. Yuki is probably the easiest for me to draw because I have a clear mental image of her as a "powerhouse."

ghostrunner: Yeah, I am cutting back on the number of panels per page for much of this chapter. Typically, I do that for more active sequences, but I have tried to condense panels for dialogue too.

Peipei: Dave poses for me a lot. ^_^ It's much more useful than a wooden model.

Anubis: Nothing too mysterious going on, imo. Except for Fudo's relaxed and serene state.

Tantz: Yes, it has been awhile since the "sentence" was passed (only four days in "comic time" though). I hope it's worth the wait.

roycemarie: Crap. I knew I forgot something!

patrick: You got ahead of me! Actually, I had intended to bring that up on the first page, but I opted to separate it and just use that page for "atmosphere." The detectives are good, so that is definitely a suspicious point. Hard to say if it could point to a culprit. They also live in a "real world" situation with budgets and limited resources.

JustNoPoint: The chibis didn't want to come near here. I almost drew a noose, but there already was one, so it seemed redundant. *Checks next chapter* Yes, the title chibis will be waiting for you in the next chapter. Until then, here are some index card chibis:
