I had to do some Google research for panel four. It wasn't as easy as finding a simple photo reference. I ended up finding a "loading gun" picture from a very odd angle and a different model (actually, it was an image from Cowboy Bebop). I cross-referenced it with a technical diagram of a gun of this (or a similar) model.

I enjoy drawing hands doing things close-up. I think it takes me back to the days when I watched MacGyver. (Richard Anderson had a hand double btw.)

patrick: Tim isn't the easiest man to read. Meredith wants to nip any potential issues in the bud. (It isn't wise to have one's henchmen "thinking.")

Peipei: Possibly. Meredith doesn't know Seiko very well. She might actually believe this.
