Bruises were much easier to draw in b&w. I haven't come up with a good coloring technique yet. Also, I'm not happy with the speech bubble positioning in panel 3. Looking at it now, I think I should've tried a different angle. Live and learn.

JustNoPoint: I'll try not to forget the chibis again. ^_^ The "God hates me" thought has probably been gaining strength in Seiko's mind for a while. In the dream, she told her mom she doesn't believe in a "benevolent deity." Bad fortune can start to weigh heavily on a person, especially one who doesn't open up much and lost those whom she did trust.
