This scene didn't originally contain blood. If I was a better artist (and/or this was animated), it wouldn't be necessary. He would stagger and roll his eyes before falling. That's how I visualized it but couldn't draw it. – He does grow pale, but it's hard to tell.

If you do wish to include UB, you can mark it in Mystery/Noir. Other possibly applicable categories include Best Dialogue, Best Writing, Most Improved Art, Best Protagonist, and Best Antagonist.
