I have no commentary to go with this page. Sorry. I had an exhausting weekend. (I worked from nine AM to midnight on Saturday and hurt my wrist.) Plus, I'm trying to keep up with drawing and I'm rewriting the next chapter. – And I'm working on the annual UB Halloween extra too.

I'll do my best to keep to the schedule. Thanks for bearing with my insanely busy but somehow entirely uneventful life.

FAN ART CONTEST

I just ordered a number of copies of my book, and I figured I would have to do something fun and give a copy away. So, I thought a fan art contest would be fun.

GUIDELINES:
~Let's go with a "friendship" theme.
~Entries must contain at least two Used Books characters. (They don't have to be central characters or good guys.)
~Keep it plausibly canonical. (It's okay to be hypothetical with relationships and what-ifs and set any time in the timeline.)
~Bonus points for recognizable UB settings!
~The rating must be UB appropriate. T+ please! (Basically anything that would pass in a PG13 movie or primetime network TV.)

All entries will be posted on my main comic with a link to the entrant's own project(s) and will later be moved to my fan art archive. I'll have my sister and my good friends Gael and Bethany help pick a winner.

DAJB: Good because there are a number of "mini flashbacks" in this chapter.

Peipei: Heh. I doubt he's up for any true entertaining, just magical reminiscing.

Tantz & amanda: It hasn't been explicitly stated, but the cabin first showed up really early in the story in a flashback to when Kaida was living there by herself. It was also there when she and Fudo were first married.

Jonko: No takers on the contest yet. :P There's seldom any interest in such things, but I felt like putting it out there.
