When I wrote the script, I seriously doubted my ability to translate it into visuals.

I approached the layout backwards. The last panel was the first I could visualize (showing quiet/empty space). The panel before that was really tricky to visualize because I wanted “tall,” but a vertical panel wouldn’t work for the comic page, particularly in creating suspense, so I skewed it. After I had those panels in place, I arranged the others around them. It’s certainly not the most technically perfect page, but I think I nailed the mood and got a strong finish for the chapter. ^_^

I am taking a week off for regrouping, script tweaking, etc. (The next couple pages proved even more challenging than this one. But I think you'll appreciate them. ) The next chapter will start a week from Thursday. Thanks for your patience.
