My original script had Kaida pull out her gun while making a threat to shoot her dead and then firing. But after working through the Fudo arc, I realized, her leg was still pretty messed up, and this sequence of events worked out. (It does kinda have a "Han shot first" controversy effect to me. But I'm not entirely sure of Kaida's nature, and I don't think she is either.)

plymayer: I think my heavy pencil strokes add to that effect.

Peipei: That's when "outrun" becomes "outshoot."

Locoma: Yeah, I can't even walk quickly in some dress shoes.

Anubis: That can be tricky.

ghostrunner: I'm not familiar with that one.
