More Mike recap: Mike's father was a mayoral candidate, and Ms. Taney was his campaign manager. However, Michael Sr. was killed just before election day. Two-year-old Mike went into foster care, later lived on the street, and then met Fudo when he was a teenager (after Fudo left the crime syndicate).
