Speech balloons on this page were a real pain. It's the result of trying to cram a page and a half of content into one page again. I did the best I could with it, so I hope they don't give you too much trouble. :P I had to redraw much of panel 4 digitally, because I changed the location of the speech balloons (originally they were on the right instead of the left – very confusing). That's why it looks weird. Amazing how long it took to make this page and with very little payoff. Lol.

ghostrunner: Bigger men just let the tears flow.

Peipei: Tara comes across as callous and unsympathetic a lot. She deals with some nasty people (and competitive coworkers) and found out at some point that playing "bad cop" works better for her. She also has a coarse/fiery personality to begin with. Heh.
 
Tantz: Can't get too much worse.. Although Mike's not in cuffs, we haven't seen the body yet, and there's allegedly a strangler around here somewhere… Okay, maybe it can get worse.
