That's how to (temporarily) write a character out of the story. Just joking. However, in my early brainstorms, Mina and her mother were both murdered. She (and Eric, actually) is alive partly because of my sister's influence. (If my sis had her way, this story would be more akin to a My Little Pony Christmas special than a crime drama.)
I screwed up the perspective so royally in the last panel there was no salvaging it. It's the type of error people would have to work hard
to deliberately draw that way to prove a point about bad perspective. -_- I'm tempted to call it cubism. Oh well. It does fit the mood I was
going for, crowded and chaotic.
