I edited the dialogue quite a lot, and ended up cutting it down to this. It's not enough material for a full page, but for pacing I couldn't include the next part along with this, so it ended up with three rather simple panels. It kinda feels like a half-assed page, but at least it let me practice expressions and weather effects. (Plus, I love how Ashley looks here, and Mike is one of my favorite characters for his expressive nature.)

Anubis: Conrad probably wouldn't lie, but he may not understand the situation either. (He's jumping to logical conclusions.)

Peipei: Can't e sure about the girl, but Conrad is Seiko's friend (and Tristan's father). Always hard to know what he's up to, though.
