The next to last panel is the result of an aggravating font search followed by “screw it, I’ll just write it myself.” Cutesy purple walkie talkies (and likely the entire plan) are courtesy of little sister Caroline.

KimLuster: Thanks! Animal grappling is somehow easier to draw than people. I miss the old days on DD when I could schedule updates and not have to get on manually. :P The site really got broken in so many ways by so many hands.

tupapayon: Animals are so quirky. You never know what will trigger them. I have a cat who growls when a stranger knocks on the door.
