For anyone who is unfamiliar with archives, Puck adores Mike. He has been clinging to Mike (and Fudo) since his introduction. While I hadn't originally included Puck in this scene, it seemed only natural for him to seek out Mike immediately. (Mike is likely the reason Puck ran away from Conrad.) Both guys are injured but stubborn.

Also, I changed his line to "I couldn't keep up" from "it hurts too much," because it seemed more in line with his character.

KimLuster: Migraines inspire my writing (particularly the memory-loss and drugging themes) because they let me experience some of the weird things brains can do.

tupapayon: Couldn't hurt.
