This page's simplicity helped me finish it on time. But that's not the reason for it. The simplicity has a purpose. (And some details of it will come to light soon.)

I actually drew out the entire scene without any snow for a draft page, so I could coat things realistically. The cabin is elevated on a foundation with a small porch, which causes the mound at the door. The entire foundation is covered. (I carefully drew the lattice before covering it with snow. I wanted to include more detail, like the footprints on the last page or some wildlife or flurries or *something* interesting, but the lack of those things is basically the entire focus of the page, so I held back.
