My script had an internal monologue for Mike as he weighed his decision and its consequences. But, then my brain (Mike?) reminded me that he is made of impulse and saves introspection for after action.

Note: The grip at top right is not the correct way to hold a hand gun. I tried drawing the proper grip, but it didn't "read" right. I wanted to make sure it was apparent that Mike has both hands on the gun. Bottom left panel is more correct.
