What is The Light?

I am a big Flaming Lips fan.  They're probably my 2nd favorite (currently active) band of all time.
For some reason, whenever I start working on a Venus strip, this awesome song from The Soft Bulletin starts playing in my head.
Why?
What does it mean?
I DON'T KNOW!
But, I'm thinking there's some subconscious significance that hasn't 'come through' yet.
Who knows…?
I had to get this filler out of my system.
Also, a new Venus will be up tomorrow instead of Wednesday,because I will be living at my job the rest of this week.
